I have to admit, I haven't been drawing lately. I haven't been writing anything lately (though I have started keeping a journal, but that's just so I can get some use out of my fountain pen in the summer). But I have not abandoned art lately. I've simply swapped out drawing and poetry for knitting and crochet. My question is, do they have a category for that on Deviantart?

I've joined Ravelry recently, so I display my work there. The only problem is, they want all this yarn info and such, but I'm not one to save yarn labels. I take them off, throw them away, and proceed with rolling my new skein of yarn into a ball. Then I knit with it. I've started a blog for knitting, but I procrastinate with it, mainly because I started it to most patterns, but typing out patterns is a pain in the butt. I think perhaps I'll convert my blog to just a day-to-day narration of life, with sporadic knitting stuff thrown in there (that's another problem, I don't take pictures of everything in my life, and therefore have nothing for the blog.)

I think I'll be more active on the Internet now that I have my NEW COMPUTER. Yes, I got a laptop for college (but I'm not telling any of you people where I'm going because, for my safety, I have to assume anyone who'll read my stuff on the Internet wants to kidnap me). It's a Dell Inspiron 1545, and it's AQUA BLUE!!! I have a matching, really pretty logitech wireless mouse and external hard drive. Now, the computer is mine and I can do anything I want with it, so it makes my feel like I have more freedom all of a sudden.

This is the end of another journal entry, for now, after almost two years of inactivity, and hopefully I'll be more active again soon. Goodbye, for now!
